If you don't mind drinking it on premises, Burger Bar in Mandalay usually has bottles of Parabola and a few of the other boxed FW beers available. They still had last year's version in January, and the $30 price tag isn't that bad for a restaurant and being on the Strip.
aces will have bottles for on site consumption. You could check some of the bigger Lee's around town. Most of my spots are already out.
