And again, the release date is the 21st. So no point in running around looking for it until after that date.

Ive seen people with it already within California. So perhaps there are places that got it in advance?

The brewery stated it would be $23.99/bottle and limit 4 this weekend. Sounds like that price jumped a bit from years prior.

What is the source of this? That'd be pretty upsetting if true

It was $15.99 every year in WA and I believe it was $17.99 here last year. $23.99 is too much, I'm out if that's the case.

Ok, called Paso Robles who told me $23.99 and Buellton now told me $16.99. The latter sounds more consistent with years past. Fingers crossed.

Sounds better. $23.99 was their Anniversary beer price.

That would be more than what I paid for their anniversary which is usually more.

I haven't seen any in SoCal just yet, but if any of you Mid-West/East Coasters are interested in trading something similar from your area, message me and I'll keep an eye out for you. I'm interested in BBA Stouts/Barleywines that we can't/don't get in CA.

Totalwine's website lists it at $20.99, before it was 14.99 or 15.99. Well have to see when it actually hits the market but thats a good jump in price if so.

FW barrel aged releases have been consistently rising for the last few years. Wouldn't be surprised if it was closer to $20 considering Parabola's popularity and popularity of BA stouts in general.

How tough is this to get? If I have the opportunity to pick up a few extra bottles, should I go for it? We've got Sucuba and Anniversary still sitting on store shelves around here.
