Has anyone heard of Double DBA in Austin?

 

Haven't seen it here yet.

I brought a bottle to the Ananke bottle share at Freetail, and no one touched it. Apparently it wasn't "walez" enough or people didnt know what it was, but I thought it was a very good beer

 

It got opened at the end, no? Either that or I ticked it for just looking at the bottle.

 

Not at the end, but you probably had some, since you were standing with me. There was still more than 2/3 left at the end, though.

 

I didn't see it get opened, but I probably wouldnt have had any anyway. I think it's a great beer, but I try to avoid beers I've had before so as not to get too drunk. Doesn't always work though.

Plus I have a few bottles of that at home already.

 

I didn't see it or else I would have been all over it. Next time...

 

I definitely had some. I was drunk and it was warm by then, though .

 

Hopefully it'll sit on shelves then. It was a pretty tasty beer, and it'd be nice to not have to hunt for it fresh.

 

I brought a bottle to the last Nobi tasting and it was loved by all.

 

That was one bottle I noticed just sitting on the table by itself while everyone was in line. I gladly poured me some full size tasters from it =)

 

Glad to know someone enjoyed it! I think its an under-appreciated beer

 

Totally agree. I am a HUGE fan of that beer.
