Parish Envie, new yeast strain

    As you can see it is a hazy cloudiness of juicy. Taste is very hop forward with a bit of citrus. Much improved and the same yeast strain they will be brewing Ghost in the Machine with. Looks like they've decided to model themselves after some west coast breweries.

    Which west coast breweries? That looks more like what east coast breweries are doing.

    It's been selling out like crazy in the New Orleans area. 504 Craft Beer Reserve said they hoped to get more in later this week.
