I'm visiting El Paso next month and I will be going through Albuquerque on my way back to check out La Cumbre. I know I'll be able to get everything they're currently offering on draft there, but I wasn't able to discover if they sell bottles/cans at the taproom. I'd really like to bring home a good amount of Elevated/Project Dank if possible.

Are there any solid bottle shops in town I need to hit while I am there?

    This might help you:

La Cumbre does sell bottles but some will have come and gone by the time you get here I expect. Cafe con Leche bottles are currently on sale and may be gone. Let me know if you're interested and I'll pick some up for you. There are also some straggler Gracias por Fumar (wine barrela-aged) that I can grab for you. You've missed the 4th Anniversary rum barrel-aged Barleywine bottles, but I have an extra or two if you're interested.

I'd highly recommend visits to Marble and Il Vicino too as they are both on par with La Cumbre but overlooked. Marble currently has Marble Imperial Stout and Cuvee Rouge bottles available that may not last either.

Jubilation is your best bet for a bottle shop and it isn't far from La Cumbre, Marble and Il Vicino (which is now called the Canteen Brewery, by the way).

Also, if you're interested in a trade, please let me know.

Not to ruin a potential trade @ONovoMexicano but obscure places like Kelly Liquors could have older bottles of stuff one may be looking for too. Some of these places try to target craft, but it still doesn't sell like it should, so some places do sit on stuff. You would definitely provide a convenience factor though, as he would have to travel all around to see some "what ifs". The one on San Mateo and Academy is also by a Sprouts market, who sells random assortments of beers. Neither I would consider world class, but very run of the mill, with run of the mill consumers, who occasionally sit on world class beers. It's right off the freeway by about two blocks, so no more than 30 min. out of the way.

If you're going to try Kelly Liquor, go to the one at Wyoming and Indian School. It has the best selection, but I'd still recommend Jubilation if you're only going to one store.

So much easier to set up an IP trade though - guarantees I'll snag what I am looking for and share some outside beer as well so everyone wins! I appreciate the tips though for sure and if I had more time I would definitely hit all those spots and more.
