Passionfruit Beer Help

had Sculpin with Passion Fruit on cask 2 months ago..hard to find..but really good..was lucky enough to be there the night they had it.

 

I only walked away with one bottle or I would trade you. But yeah I thought Breakside was lacking the fruit character a bit. You can pour a glass of Passion Bu, take 5 steps back and still smell it - You're going to love it!

I would be mocked unmercifully by most of my friends if I drank something with passion fruit on the label. Buzzards picking at the bones. That being said a Passion fruit IPA sounds pretty damn good. Bring it on. I'm comfortable with who I am.

 

I had Creature Comforts Truice - their Tropicalia IPA infused with passion fruit and mango. Possibly the most delicious fruit beer ever to exist; absolutely incredible. Not sure they'll make it again, but it's worth trying with a Randall at home.

 

Another vote for Breakside passionfruit sour. So good and at a bargain price.

 

Just go buy some passion fruit purée. Being in FL, you should be able to find some fairly easily. Goya makes a cheap one sold in the frozen food isle. Blend to taste with a shelf Berliner you enjoy, then sit back and wonder why you've never done this before. Easy, and very tasty. Works great with Belgian whits as well.

 

I loved this beer too actually. Worked really well in the stout imo. I'd like to make it known I will happily trade for it if it comes out again.

 

Another vote for avery lilikoi. I am not huge on wits, or fruit beers, but lilikoi is in my top five new beers for 2015.

 

Tropicalia and Soul Style from green Flash might have passionfruit.

 

Kona has a good one.

Lillikoi Kepolo is good, as stated above. Also, Highland Park Brewery just recently released Raised Eyebrows... a sour with passion fruit and guava... one of my favorite beers of late.
