Paul Davis now at Stark Brewing

Not surprised - Paul is a skilled Brewer & I enjoyed Prodigal beers a few times I found them. Though seems like they never quite gained traction in distribution, availability was really limited.

Looks like Stark is the former Milly's Brewery - will definitely give the beers a shot should I see them in NH.

 

This is the guy that used to be head brewer at Thomas Hooker 10 years ago, yes?

 

Correct, back when they were brewing world class beers.

 

Best of luck to Paul and here's hoping for his future success. I really enjoyed his traditional lagers under Prodigal but they were super hard to find. I guess NH will have to wait for a full-time lager brewer.

I've really enjoyed all of Paul Davis' beers that I've had, which living in Boston haven't been nearly as many as I'd like. I wish him all the best at Stark, and will definitely pick up some of their beers now, and stop into Milly's next time I'm in Manchester--hopefully there will be some tasty, fresh lagers on tap.
