    Yeah, I do tend to assume rational until confronted with reality the way some businesses operated. Probably because my dad was an accountant who specialized in helping save some businesses from their own incompetence.

    Sure I recognize it's an opinion. Never said it wasn't or that you shouldn't have one. What I'd like to understand is why you have the opinion that it would be a travesty.

    Almost every brewery out there brews multiple IPA's and no one bats an eye.
