OK So I talked to the head brewer of 350 Brewing in Tinley Park. I work next to there and he's super-cool. He said don't put the PB2 in until after you cold crash. Since I have a conical with a racking port, he told me to blow CO2 through the racking port after adding it to push it into suspension and get good contact with the beer. Check every day until it's to taste and then rack to keg. Bottles are a risk, since you're not letting the PB2 ferment. You just want the flavor from the contact. I'll set you know how it goes. He said he used 48oz. (3 lbs) for a 5 gallon batch.
