I literally have gone this long without knowing that yeast are in the Kingdom of Fungi - holy cow what an awakening!! haha I guess I've never really thought about it to that extent. I've brewed up some excellent homebrews and have prided myself in spreading knowledge to family and friends about beer and brewing yet I don't know something so basic - shame on me. I am officially embarrassed.
