For anyone who might fancy this beer from Brasserie Dieu Du Ceil, you can find some at the Craft Beer Outlet in Philadelphia.

Had it on tap at Monks the other week. But expensive but good.

    Enjoy

If I'm not mistaken the Bourbon one was only available in small quantities in QC.

Really hope that it's there next Saturday when I go up there! You think it will be?

Picked up a four pack in Philly for $36. Yikes! That's way more expensive than it used to be. Oh well...

Had it at an event hosted by the brewery in NYC last year but otherwise I think that is true.

The Beer Store in Southhampton seems to always have some in stock, though it is pricey.
Love this brew, which is why I bought over a case while up in Montreal last August on honeymoon.
    About $15CDN/sixer :grimacing:

Had it on tap at the brewpub in Montreal.
Unbelievably good, easily the best imperial coffee stout I've ever had, had two that night.

Good beer. Too bad you can't get it here any more. Thanks Shelton Bros...

    Got one on the shelf.
Might pop it this weekend. Will be my first encounter with the Mortel. Anxious

Explain please! Whatever the explanation is, that might be why I haven't seen it on a shelf in a year or so..

Apparently Shelton Bros has had a lot of issues with continuing distribution in Missouri as well as other states. Some people blame Shelton Bros, some blame it on things on a local level, I'm not sure what the deal is. If you look around on the net you can find some more info.

And the last time I saw Peche Mortel was last Spring on closeout for $2.50 a bottle. Needless to say I bought the last 5 they had

Ah, I see. Guess I just need to keep my eye at for it at my spots that carry Dieu Du Ciel stuff. Probably my favorite coffee stout, can't imagine that barrel aged version. :grimacing:

Yea, I've never had the BA version either but I imagine it is great
