Hey everyone! I have an interesting video to share about making 18th century small beer. There is nothing real earth shattering about this video but as a beer and cooking enthusiast, I found it informative and interesting about how the columnists used simple, regional ingredients to make beer and food. It looks like it might be pretty easy to make and pretty tasty to consume! It's from Jas. Townsends YouTube channel. The channel is all about 18th century cooking and living and has other beer and liquor presentation videos. I don't expect this thread to get a lot of member focus but I hope a few of you find it worth a view, Cheers beermates!
