We at Perennial Artisan Ales are excited to announce the release details for 2016 Abraxas!



Beginning Friday, October 14th at 9:00 AM CST, Abraxas Package tickets will be available for $75 at Abraxas2016.brownpapertickets.com

*Link not active until time of sale.

Tickets include:

• 2 bottles 2016 Abraxas
• 1 bottle 2016 Coffee Abraxas
• 1 Abraxas bottle bag

Ticket holders have the ability to pick up their package in the tasting room on ONE of the following dates:

• Tuesday, October 25th 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Wednesday, October 26th 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Thursday, October 27th 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Friday, October 28th 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Saturday, October 29th 12:00pm-4:00pm or 4:00pm-9:00pm

Pickup dates will be selected at time of purchase and are non-transferable. Valid ID will be required at pickup. Name on ID must match name on will call list. One pickup per person, please. Duplicate ticket purchases for each individual day will be refunded. NO PROXIES WILL BE PERMITTED AT THIS YEAR’S ABRAXAS RELEASE.

A limited number of Abraxas and variant draft pours will be available throughout the week.

For those who are not interested in the Abraxas package option, a limited number of Abraxas bottles will be available for purchase in the tasting room beginning on Saturday, October 29th at Noon. Abraxas will also start to be distributed to all of our markets the first week of November. Additionally, a limited amount of Coffee Abraxas will be available for purchase on Thursday, October 27th with bottle sales starting at 4pm and draft pours available at 6pm.

As an extra to our locals, we are going to do sign-ups for Abraxas packages on Wednesday, October 12th, 2016 beginning at 4:00pm and ending at 10:00pm. A payment of $75 is required at time of sign up. Again, NO PROXIES will be permitted to sign up for an Abraxas package.

So if someone does the package can they also pick up extra bottles on Thursday and Saturday?

Also how well is it distributed?

 

You should be able to buy extra bottles on the other release days, but supplies will be limited, and there will be lines.

Abraxas (no variants) is distributed in every major market Perennial serves, but it goes off the shelf extremely quickly.

Boo. No proxies. Although. I suppose you could just always buy it under a proxies name if they werent planning on attending themselves.

The in person sign up today was going so slow that we left.

 

Got me some tickets this year, very happy.

 

Wow. BPT didnt suck. Im Shocked.

 

20 minutes in and it looks like there are some spots still open.

 

Still some Friday and Saturday tix left as of 9:45 am

 

Shocked about the smoothness of BPT as well - after MD, my expectations were nonexistent.
However, I'm now pumped for a weekend trip to MO! Congrats to everyone!!

 

Early this week I had planned to do this, but the more I thought about $25/bottle plus the cost of a commute to SL to pick them up, the more I fell back into "I'm just not paying that much for beer anymore" mode. I'm trying to get off the high dollar beer train and cooler heads prevailed this time.

got my tickets too!!! but my coworker is having problems.

Seems like there are times still available. every time I check a different time lights up. right now both saturdays are available.

 

This was the perfect reason for me to get back down to St. Louis. Haven't had Abraxas in a few years because of the Chicagoland truck chasers and special events suck it up. Also I'll get to try Narrow Gauge, get back to SP Cellar, and maybe check out Civil Life if I have time. Now that we're into the Q4 2016 it's easier to justify PTO before it expires.

 

Just checked again and friday and both saturday times are available.

I'm assuming Coffee Abraxas will be available in limited quantities for pours, but what other variant could be available?
