Just curious if anyone knows what the bottle quantities are on these brews? (For the most recent releases) BA Abraxas Coffee Abraxas BA Sump Abraxas Sump Thanks!
Abraxas and Sump: Quite a bit The others: A lot less. Coffee probably being the least Sorry I can't specify exact numbers
I was told coffee is 230 bottles and BA abraxas is around 1400 The others I have no clue but I'm pretty sure abraxas is the most common of the group.
Anyone with experience of coffee abraxas on bottle versus on tap care to weigh in on how they stack up? I recently had coffee abraxas on tap and was underwhelmed; regular abraxas and BA sump were far better ... as are many other common coffee stouts (Speedway, Tweak, Big Bad Baptist). The coffee simply overwhelmed everything. It was tasty, but pretty one note. Bottles better? Unless they are, this really feels like a case of people tasting with their expectations.
https://beerservedrare.wordpress.com/bottle-counts/ Perennial Barrel-Aged Abraxas (2012) – 720 bottles Perennial Barrel-Aged Fantastic Voyage (2014) – 348 bottles Perennial Coffee Abraxas (2013) – approx 300 bottles
Anybody know about BA Sump quantities? I would have to imagine Coffee Abraxas would be up from 300 in 2013. I had heard they did that many last year as well.
