Perennial Sump Coffee Stout - Solids

    Had a bottle of the Sump Coffee Stout and the last pour had a good amount of solid material. This was not the usual floaties from yeast, but large chunks of something. Has anyone else experienced this from their bottle?

    It's probably just regular sediment? I can open a bottle after I finish this Modus Hoperandi to see if I get it as well.

    Thanks! I know it's nothing harmful - just never had a bottle with sediment so curious if that is the norm for this beer.

    I consumed 3 bottles in the last few weeks with zero solid material but I woul'd've eaten that shit on whole grain toast like f'in Nutella because Sump was delicious!

    I just popped one. I'll try to keep you updated but no promises. I've consumed a good amount of beer already tonight and this was just the reason I needed to open my first bottle since the release.

    can't say anything about sump but I could have built a sandcastle In what came out of my first Cigar City Marshal Zhukov.
    Cheers and hope to try a sump someday.
