So i purchased this tap from MoreFlavor.com and it turns out that the tap does not fit onto my tower. I am looking online to purchase an adaptor that i can buy so that i can plug and play with the kegerator system i have. I cannot seem to find what i need online. I have the Igloo FRB200 model. If anyone has ran into this problem, help would be appreciated.

Primarily, the splines do not match up... (the splines keep the tap from spinning)

That's the faucet you are trying to attach, not a tap. Often times cheaper kegerators use components of lower quality from overseas, that are either poorly made or are not US standard. I had a similar problem when I upgraded my faucets, but was able to work the faucets in with some muscle the first few times. After that it has been fine. If that plan doesn't work, you don't need an adapter, what you need is a new shank which is the piece that the faucet attaches to.

Yes, that is exactly what I need. I made an adaptor at work but I wanted true seals in order to prevent issues. I'll research for that now that I know what it's referred to.

the shank that came with my kegerator is 1.5" long and has a 90 degree elbow bend for a 3/16" tubing.

more like the tower doesn't fit your Perlick.
search for Shank with Bent Tube. may as well get the SS shank since you have the SS faucet.
it is amazing how many kegerators are available that need money and time to get to work properly.
    Cheers.

They will. That connection is a standard, the only reason you are having trouble is because of the cheap components that a lot of lower end kegerators come with. You probably also want to order 10' of beer line. The Perlicks are low restriction so the beer will be flowing very fast unless you take steps to control it.

The one that i currently have does fit the new Perlick faucet that i bought except i can't tighten it down much because the ball valve in there will not take in full range of motion. I bought the 650SS so that i did not have to have 10 feet of line. I can control the flow rate with the faucet.
