Put out an ISO for Persica and so far Crickets.

    I Offered:
    Cantillon 50N4E (latest batch)
    Armand4 Herfst
    Armand4 Winter

Anyone with a Persica that might be able to chime in if I am really off here or just have not had the right person looking to move their Persica yet?

If I still had my second Persica I would have jumped all over this. I had to trade it in order to land a SHBRL.

I have one Persica and I am seriously considering this offer, but as I have not yet tasted Persica I want to make sure that I know someone else who also has a bottle so that I can at least get a taste of it.

Just gotta hope someone else in Colorado Springs still has a bottle they want to share.

ok, seems like I am in the ball park just a question of finding the right person who wants to part with it.

quirkzoo here's hoping you find someone with one so you get your taste then you can trade.

I had 4. Drank two and traded one for BCBVS (before Persica went CRAZY), and used the other as part of a trade for Peconic. If I didn't get Peconic, I would've done this...maybe.....SHBRL was my second choice. I think you are on the right track, but there aren't many bottles left at this point...at least I doubt there are many.

Best of luck to you, I saw your offer and thought it was very legit. I've been offering up HF stuff and have gotten a few nibble but nothing locked down. Cheers!

I think that Crooked Stave has 2 seperate batches of Persica sitting in barrels! Persica with L'Brett d'Or base and Persica with the same base beer used in brewing batch 1.

This is correct. IIRC, Chad wasn't happy with how b2 was coming along, so they decided to do a second batch with L'Brett d'Or.

    This isn't right.

There was a batch that didn't become persica...it became Waelz Blood instead (which is really good!).

There are future 2013 batches of Persica L'Brett D'Or and Persica Wild Wild Brett slated for release later this year. He's happy with how both are progressing AFAIK.

Yep this is what I was referring to in my earlier post... Thanks for confirming that information!

You're right. Thanks for clarifying. I remembered Chad saying that the planned batch didn't meet his standards but couldn't remember what that meant in terms of CR allocations.

This is a super solid offer!

I have one B1 Persica left and I believe this is close to what it would take to make me part with it. The problem is that you could buy the Armand's online. B1 persica is a one of a kind beer, and the consensus is that B2 is going to be something completely different (but hopefully equally amazing!).

Personally, there are very few beers that I would part with my last bottle for but hard to get Cantillon is certainly going in the right direction...
