I'll go with mine... people that wait until the last minute to merge out of a closing lane... or come out of the open lane and go into the closing lane to move further up.

Mixing up there and their, your and you're, and/or using "2" and "4" in place of "to" or "too" and "for"?
(Seems to me that these are all related peeves and thus all count as one guess...)
