Headed up to the Petosky area for the fall colors in a few weeks. Any suggestions on breweries or brew pubs to check out.
Petoskey Brewing, Beards Brewing and Backlot Beer Garden are all in Petoskey proper. Backlot is kind of a cool concept. Outdoor beer pub with several higher end food trucks.
I was impressed with Bier's Inwood Brewery. Its a small operation brewery next to their art gallery but were cranking out some decent beers. Plus the outdoor seating area is nice and great for kids to run around. Burnt Marshmallow looked interesting too but we didn't get around to making a reservation. Make a stop in Toski Sands, just down the road from Petoskey Brewing. It's a hidden gem. I left 6ers of BBA Expo and Cafe Deth on the shelf. Enjoy your time!
