I told myself I wasn't going to respond, but I feel like I have to publicly admit defeat here, so here goes: you're right, and I'm totally sorry.

I mean, you're not actually right, but for the sake of the thread, yes you're totally right. No professional brewers have issues with ingredients between different lots from the supplier, absolutely for sure never have mill or crush issues, their on demand hot water and HLT's work perfect every time and they click the easy button on the panel and achieve target plato every time.

Also I get paid to brew beer and literally live what @3xAnthony described. I haven't brewed at home in years. That's not the perspective I'm bringing to the conversation.

But you're right. I apologize. All I need in an assistant is someone who can read a recipe sheet and push the go button.

I can read and push buttons. How much are you paying?

This is such a dumb conversation.

Every single person that gets paid a wage - hourly or salary - has to problem solve in some way shape or form.

In the words of Don Draper, “that’s what the money’s for”

What about the relation between Central Waters Anniversary beers to Black Gold, and why they should OR shouldn't have different entries when reviewing them?

Tempting but, my wife won't let me in the house if I've had cabbage.

You act like I'm in a heated debate with you... Just having conversation friend. No worries if you disagree with me. Also, where do you brew? Thanks for the perspective

GL forum is the best f**king place on the entire f**king internet to find hyperbole! We may not have invented hyperbole, but ours has far surpassed any hyperbole you'll find on the East Coast or CA!!!

Well yeah, but it's never exactly half way with both sides being equally right and wrong. Plus, if you throw yourself in completely, it can give you a false sense of community and fleeting contentment.

    Shaun's a fraud!

That’s why you’ve been so sad and listless! Now you can be sad and listless while talking your foot!

Man, I hope Third Phase or Less or Triad Phasers or whatever brewery this is will play exclusively alt-country when it opens.

Eventually they’ll have to be a Sun Volt v. Wilco competition.
