If Jesse could still brew the blue by himself and maintain the purity after being trained so well by Heisenberg I see no reason to believe the folks at More can’t do the same. Sure, they might not know how to handle some atypical problems that come up quite as well (ingredient variation), and they might have a few issues if you sent them down to Mexico to brew on totally different equipment, but in the end, it’ll be close enough you probably can’t tell the difference.
