They look like seltzer cans to me. I like the clean look, but they don't say beer to me.

Well shit now that you say that I have to agree.

I still like them. I prefer clean designs to super cartoon or over-the-top labels (unless the art is amazing), but if it wasn't for the hop that is their logo, I wouldn't know it was a beer.

What are y’all talking about? You all know it’s beer. Because you know what phase three is.

If they were headed to jewel osco and Whole Foods maybe it’d be an issue. But let’s be honest, this is being sold out in days so it won’t matter. Everyone who needs to know already knows, at least for now

I just don't think it's a great design. It's serviceable if possibly confusing, and nothing about it pops. I know we will all buy if it came in a literal juice box, so it doesn't matter. I'm just commenting because that's what we do here.

Sold out in days? What dream world are you living in? These cans won’t last 60mins at any retailer

I must agree. I bet they switch up the colors. Black cans would be cool for the dark beers. Either way, I'm pumped!

How is Protocol a IIPA at 8% and Marmalade is a IPA at 8.5%

Saw the same thing at first, but think that's 6.5% on Marmalade

Yes, when enlarged Marmalade is 6.5%, well within the IPA abv range.

Reading comprehension grade: Pass. I, too, don’t read “beer” on the label.

Seems like the usual suspects in north Chicago are going to be getting them... Bottles & Cans, Fischman, Bitter Pops, Beer Temple, Beermiscuous.

I'll probably just try Lake Zurich to see how it is before deciding if that option is sustainable. Lake Zurich is closest option for me.

They scream cider to me - ie. Seattle Cider Company.

    But they will sell regardless.
