Phase Three Brewing (2020)

Anybody have opinions of pixel density?

 

I really like it as a flag ship beer. Very tasty!

 

I think it’s fine. It’s nothing to write home about imo. But when it comes to hazy, I prefer DIPAs to IPAs and pales. So I’m probably not the best judge.

 

1st iteration was really great, but the rest have been a bit all over the place. Not sure I will buy it again sadly

 

It's alright, but I won't rebuy. Too light and "Safe" on the flavor profile for me. Abstract Technicality was their best IPA out of the 4 IPAs I've had from them. It's, subsequently, the only one I'd feel obligated to purchase if I saw it again, too.

 

So according to the post one of the four beers is not hitting regular distribution.

Any Ambassadors want to spill the beans on what the no distribution one (or the other one besides Strawberry Chantilly) is? Know he was blending the BA stuff on 5/7.

It's the one in the Instagram post. At the bottom it says:

**Because this is a new process for us, and because we know sometimes things don’t go as planned, we still highly recommend that this beer be drank fresh and kept cold during it’s entire storage time - fresh fruit tastes better fresh. Period. For this reason, we will NOT be distributing this beer for the foreseeable future - until we have ensured our process has no wrinkles that need to be ironed out**

According to the Instagram emojis from last week’s post (how’s that for a sentence?), it’ll be Mango Nectar, Strawberry Chantilly, a German beer, and then apparently some type of orange wheat beer.

Yeah that’s the only part that gave me pause. They haven’t opened it up for presales so I wonder if it will be ready for this weekend.

 

Wait, they ARE allowing proxies now? I must have missed that announcement from them...

I haven't seen anywhere that they've mentioned proxies now being allowed, ambassador or otherwise.

 

Not sure about proxies as I am just a mere peasant and not an Ambassador, but the process has been smooth. Get there, text them the info and a couple minutes later beer is in the car. No issues. Haven't had issues with More either.

 

You can proxy. Just text them your friend's last name and order in the same message. They'll bring it out to your car.
