Excellent batch of Strawberry Chantilly, for sure.

 

Loving it. Just mixed the 2nd half of a can on the rocks with tequila. Sorry not sorry.

 

I may do a cuvée of strawberry and orange Chantilly this weekend...

 

Nectar pours and tastes likes straight Jumex mango puree. Going to do a double blind triangle test with Nectar vs Jumex and vodka and I'll report back.

It's pretty great on a hot Memorial Day.

Was going to add blueberry Chantilly but didn't want to have to drain pour it.

 

Anyone tuck in to their Curvature yet? Curious to hear some reviews

 

Like having a liquefied turtle. Insane mouthfeel, bold flavors, well hidden booze.

It's definitely sweet, but not so much that it's cloying. An absolute delight.

 

Can't wait to share this with friends during our next bottle share...oh....

So how long do you guys expect this one will keep?

 

Don't see why it wouldn't hold up if properly cellared or refrigerated...by that I mean atleast a year or more. Guess it depends on your will power or experiencing the flavors upfront or profile change down the road.

 

Fyi,this likely won't last long, their first triple IPA is available on the website. Just purchased a four pack.

I know this is an unpopular opinion with some, but I think stouts (especially non-BA stouts) with heavy adjunct additions should be drank within 3-4 months, even if refrigerated. Too many flavors fade over time, and the beer becomes a shell of what it was. Vanilla and cacao nibs hold up fairly well, and tart berry flavors can tend to mellow a bit, but many other flavors seem to fade (or worse) after 4-6 months.

Will it hold up? Yes, but it won't taste the same.

 

Drive thru style pickups were going on today at 3. Cans were sweating so they won’t be cold enough for a few hours. Haze delayed but not denied

 

I saw that cross pollination was rereleased and the first thing I thought was: I wish vanilla black box would get brewed again! Who’s with me?
