Yeah the next Eunoia is imminent. I think it gets pulled from the barrels this week. There should be 3 BA beers in November and December. 2 will be Ambassador beers and 1 will probably be a public beer. He mentioned they have plans to frequently have onsite BA stouts available on the weekends once the taproom opens. I’m assuming that means bottle pours I could be wrong

Any insight into a non-additive/adjunct barrel aged stout release? Haven't heard/read anything of the sort.

Yeah I have no insight there unfortunately. I know Shaun said next May is the earliest the BW could be ready which makes sense. Anyone know how long Mehndi Batch 1 was in barrels? I wonder if that could provide a clue

    Per Untappd:
Robust imperial stout aged 15 months in a blend of hand-selected bourbon barrels. The resulting beer, is a true expression of our craft with flavors of dark fudge, intermingled with notes of vanilla, and subtle, savory smokiness.

Barrels: Four Roses, Old Weller Antique 107, Russell’s Reserve

His non adjunct BA stout is called Minutiae and should drop in November. He mentioned it in the Ambassadors FB group couple weeks ago.
Also, I think, the next Eunoia will be Cinnamon and coconut...maybe.

Thanks yeah I was thinking it was for longer than 12 months. So I think it’s a safe guess we’ll be seeing one eventually

The DDH Pixel delicious. Well done beer, hits all the notes and agreed on the wish for a bit of hops.

I’m a sucker. I enjoyed my 4 pack of DDH Pixel so much and am really interested in the Peach Passion Fruit Nectar that I officially placed a pickup order. Damn you P3 for making me drive to Canada!

I actually think that’s one of the things that’s improved lately with P3 hoppy beers. For me, they typically had a unpleasant linger that made for an a less than pleasant experience. Recently that issue seems to be remedied. I first noticed it with Linear Gradient, and more prominently with the most recent batch of Pixel Density. I assume the water treatment is improving and making for a more tidy result.

For me that lingering dull hop bite on the back end was a flaw. I want a nice little pop of bitterness on the front, followed by a burst of flavor, and a clean finish on the back.

Yeah not as many “green” flavors in week 1 anymore. I believe he said they got the centrifuge in May

Yeah, I’m in the minority where I prefer a little of the bitterness to follow through in my NEIPAs. But I agree these new batches are much cleaner with the dryness balancing the creamy mouthfeel.

Vivid Light is pretty damn good. Terrazzo was fantastic but I don’t need a big double every time I want something WC.

New beer : In Threes, our Triple dry hopped, triple IPA with three hops. This 10% triple IPA saw over 7 pounds per barrel of a blend of Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Yeah, typically is my play with IIIPAs. Then I saw the hop bill on this one...

Hard to avoid anything from this brewery. How many breweries are considered top tier for three different styles? Fantastic job by P3...doesn't hurt that it is so easy to order and pick up from them as well.
