This may have been addressed but is the taproom open for Phase Three or closed until renovations are done?

 

Closed. They are aiming for a grand opening around April.

 

They gotta clear out all that LZ Brewing stank first...

 

It was to funny to see some uniformed followers to Josh Noel’s tweet of the news mock Phase Three for opening a brewery in a spot where 2 have failed. I’ll take any bets that they want haha

Since the other producer of superior BA stouts in this city (not Rev) doesn’t want him around I find it funny he’d go after the P3.

 

Not even worth finding, the snark is minimal and mostly easy dad jokes, and appears to be made by the drunk uncles that make up Noel’s audience.

Honestly I don’t know why LZ brew didn’t capitalize on housing one of the hottest breweries.

 

its gotta be pretty soul crushing to have worked a long time to try to survive as a brewery, only to have Shaun contract brew there and get a 500 member sellout within months of opening and have tons of people come to your brewery only asking for P3 beer. Might have been the final death blow.

 

I mean it was pretty obvious from day 1 that it was going to go down like this. A giant brewery, hardly anyone has heard of it, lets another brewery come in a brew because they aren't brewing every day, it was a recipe for acquisition.

 

So....Hop Butcher to take over 5 Rabbit?

 

That would be wonderful as it is close to me!

 

Are the HB guys still working their day jobs?

 

It's interesting that Miskatonic has been able to capture some of Hop Butcher's heat as that wasn't something LZ was able to do with Phase 3. I thought for sure Miskatonic would be done for but they seem more popular than ever.

 

I've had their beer. And THAT popularity I do not understand.
