Phase Three Brewing (2020)

Phase 3 announcing Coffee + Cinnamon Pressed along with 2 more (yet unannounced) beers being released this Friday.

 

Back in the noughts, when you had to bring something to it, and it did not 'sell out' in 39 minutes {so, if you were not on-line when the ticket window for this would open, you did not get this member 'benefit'}, what I would bring to the Chicago Beer Society Annual Picnic was Andrews' Caramel Apples, whose plant was then on the southwest corner of Belmont & Lavergne. (I think it is now near Irving Park Rd. and Oak Park Ave.)

Oznr spilled the beans on their site before P3 could. Rule of thirds is the last release after pressed and nectar

 

Anybody having trouble making the purchase on the ambassadors oznr?

 

I know this isn’t really P3’s problem/fault, but god damn do they need fucking hurry up with the construction on Quentin. It’s been at least 11 months of me being stuck behind a 2008 beige Corolla doing 27 mph, who also slams his breaks at the empty cop car that’s always in front the Kilder police station.

 

We need to stop in at P3 and have a celebratory beer once it’s finished.

Monday will be a glorious day my friend.

Had it back to back with Check 1,2 and the lower ABV beer won going away

 

I may have to pick up a pack. Did you try the new pressed or double nectar?

 

I just did a cuvée of the two... not very good

I haven't cracked a Pressed yet, so no comment on that yet.

As for the Double Nectar, it is a lot of raspberry and peach/apricot in the background. Slightly tart and a 4pk will get you happy...or happier, depending on how today went for you.

I picked up my order from Friday of pressed and Nectar. Did curbside pickup. They replied to my text in 30 seconds and put my order in my trunk a minute after that. Great customer service. I’ve done three total pick-ups at P3 and each one has been easy and fast. I can’t recommend their service any higher. Great job P3.

Pressed Cinnamon is another classic. Very delicious.

 

P3 releasing a Pixel Density Lite. I personally think PD is already too light, but hey, somebody wanted a lighter IPA I'm sure.
