Just had a mid-May can of En Route from P3 last night; pretty good, even with a few months on it, a little sweet and tropical for my taste but well made!

Interested in this Cryo pop stuff they tried out in this weeks hazy release. Anyone try it yet?

 

Raw: Passion Fruit/Peach is outstanding. I'm a sucker for lower ABV stuff that still packs a flavor punch and this and Pixel Density Lite are two big winners for me.

 

I respectfully disagree. Wasn’t a huge fan of raw, but I do love the format and abv. They do need to make PD Lite more often though. That beer is everything I want in a beer now of days.

Curvature 9 is big strawberry up front, with a chocolate finish. Very reminiscent of B1 double rainbow

 

Really liking the Double Exposure Hefeweizen. I hardly ever buy domestic Hefes, as they just don’t stack up against the German OGs. I may pick up another 4-pack of this, though.

 

what are your go to import hefes?

 

In order of frequency it’s Weihenstephaner, Andechs (Hell), Paulaner, and Ayinger. Every now and then I’ll get something else but these 4 are my go-tos, though I’ve been meaning to revisit HB München.

 

I enjoyed curvature 9. Thought it tasted like Neapolitan ice cream as did my wife. She won the lottery so my trip to Chicago wasn’t in vain.

my first time in the brewery was a nice set up and great beers on tap.

 

Picked up DDH Double Pixel Density at LP Binny’s…first time having it. It is, indeed, VERY good.

 

Members Party tomorrow apparently. Watch out for check-ins of new stuff.

Nectar is officially being distributed to the city. Was surprised to find it at Binny’s today.

 

no new stuff. All 8 bottled BA beers were options (Eunoia 1-5, Minutiae, Arabesque, BA Pressed)

 

That’s too bad. Would have been cool to see a preview. Also, to be pedantic, P3 has at least one other non-collab BA bottle beer. FoBaB Eunoia.
