    just cracked a bottle, and possibly getting some off flavors... it's a huge beer, might be hard to tell... outside of the pepper and metallic and spice notes i'm getting a bit of a sour and slightly vinegary taste. has anyone else had this beer and experienced similar flavors? is it supposed to taste this way or do i possibly have an off bottle?
