Best selection is either Foodery (Pine St. is best, followed by Corner at 17th and Sansom) or Local 44 bottle shop. Slightly less great selection, but much more apt to stock Russian River and not run out of some other hard-to-find stuff (and with much better prices), is Old Philly Ale House. Beer Heaven also has a very good selection, although they don't run through most of their stock very quickly (which isn't always a bad thing), and charge pretty outrageous prices on some things, even for Philly.

 

Northern Libs Beer and Beer Heaven are pretty good. Hawthorne's is also a good stop.

 

You can also get growler fills at Kraftwerk in Fishtown.

 

I second the foodery and Local 44. Local 44 has a nice bar also and has some better prices than some of the other places.
