Anyone in the philly/burbs area? Friday I'll be getting up before the crack of dawn, and beginning the 1 barrel challenge. Trying to brew a barrel worth of beer, among 5 different recipes. It WILL be a long brew day. There WILL be tasty treats going in the smoker (ribs, chicken legs, etc). Beer will be consumed. If anyone is in the area (flourtown specifically), and is interested in stopping on by, let me know. Beers to be brewed include: 5 gal Cream Ale (Anderson Valley Summer Solstice clone) 10 gal of House Pale Ale 5 gal Olde English Ale 5 gal Flanders Red 5 gal Double Black IPA
Sounds very enticing. Too bad I have to work. Plus having a 2 year old around practically has minimized going to activities like this. Have fun!!!
