Had a wonderful Founder's Breakfast in Hamilton, NJ on Saturday. My wife was a real trooper, although I did have to sweeten the pot by offering up a matinee of Pitch Perfect 2.

The servers were a *bit* slow to get things going at first, but that's to be expected at 8AM. the KBS and CBS, as expected, were delicious. As was the flavored bacon appetizer. Outstanding!

Hey headylamar I was also at the founders breakfast? did you get the pancake lasagna? simply amazing event with some long sought after beers, uno always does it right. we also made it to johnny Brendas for the firkin riot and Memphis taproom for the half acre event, great beers at M.T but service left a bit to be desired. Sunday brunch at Churchville inn with neshaminy creek and some siren/HF leftovers did not disappoint as well as tired hands 3rd anniversary, busy weekend lol

I also was at the Churchville yesterday for Neshaminy and Columbus — that BA Leon was the real deal. I also loved the BA punkless dunkel and Siren Ratchet.

Then, that is inexcusable and "false advertising". If you promote a start time for a special event, it should be done at that time. Simply won't patronize places that do that kind of thing. Plenty of places who do a great job without that kind of junk.

Capone's is one of the best establishments during PBW...or any other time. They do a great job.

Yeah...had a hard time getting out of the bottleshop after dinner because Matt was super friendly and chatty. Great dude who not only offered opinions and suggestions but was generally interested in mine as well.

i was intrigued, so i googled it prior to the event. after reading a recipe, there was no chance i was not ordering it. In a nutshell, it's a baked pancake, sausage, bacon, eggs, and a syrup/butter concoction. yeah.

I got to the Perennial/CC event at around 3:15 and things were pouring and nothing had kicked. By 5 cherry grove/perennial had definitely kicked.

I have taken this approach this year, and it's really been a great week so far. I have had some great beers and conversed with some great people. I'm excited to try some Columbus Brewing Co. tonight!

The Bodhi I had at Eulogy was awful. It tasted old. Nothing like Bodhi I have had before. It was amazingly bad actually.

Not sure what was going on there. Didn't even look like the same beer.

There was some confusion about kegs so who knows what you actually got. The Bodhi at Barcade was really good though.

I went with the Orange Habanero Bodhi cask. It was nice.

So this whole thing with Churchville Inn / Funky Buddha today... Not happening. Line rules posted to Facebook. I didn't know they had 2 bars, but I'm not going to wait thirsty, that's a bummer

You don't have to be thirsty in line, they posted:
So grab a beer from the downstairs bar while you wait in line and enjoy until you can order your FB upstairs.

wonder how fast this line will move, they have to limit how many pours you can buy in line right? i don't even want the morning wood, i'm after that french toast.

i guess it depends on how many bartenders are upstairs. figure itll take over an hour for the 90 people to get their morning wood? i want the morning wood and french toast the most. and then probably more french toast

Anyone venture out to the Cambridge yesterday for the Goose Island event? Saw they were going to have Vanilla Rye on tap. Curious how packed it was.
