Hey All. I will be in philly next weds may 4-fri may 6 with some buddies. We have some bar itineraries lined up. Was curious about any cool bottle shops that are a must? Not trying to spend an arm and a leg, but my buddy will! Any help is much appreciated and thanks!
If you have a car and can drive an hour south to State Line Liquors, they have one of the best beer selections on the east coast. Worth the trip. Has 100 Rating on BA
Wegmans and whole foods will have some of the best prices. The Beer Store typically has a good to great tap selection. Great beer selection although prices range from good to obscenely expensive, with many leaning toward the latter. Have to either be grabbing something g you can't get elsewhere or have a good idea of what stuff costs elsewhere. Sucks buying something there only to go to Wegmans half a mile away and seek g it for 9 bucks cheaper.
Despite this information be everywhere on this forum, northern liberties beer, monde market and locust deli are your best bet for better pricing.
