    Gotta say seeing Barcade and Fette Sau made me think Brooklyn haha. Work less than a mile from the Jersey City Barcade and know Barcade always brings it on the taplist. Great suggestions from everyone. Think we have enough info to make an informed decision.

    What's a real bachelor party meal? (always seems to be a steakhouse for me)

    Late to the game, but you might be up against some logistical problems here. How many people?

    There are some places with excellent food that don't take reservations and probably wouldn't work if it's a larger party like Kraftwork and Sidecar on a weekend night if you can't make arrangements.

    I'm trying to think what would be the most fun for what I'm guessing is a bigger group that's out all day and keep coming back to kind of spin on PortFishington;

    1. Yards - good brewery and large wide-open space, has some games, too (closes at 7:00 pm).

    2. Memphis Taproom - great Philadelphia proprietors, good food with a bunch of tables in back, small bar area - I don't get out much later on weekends - hate crowds - so I'm not sure how crowded it gets inside, outside they have picnic tables/a gourmet hot-dog truck, canned craft, and a projector to show the Phillies games on the wall

    3. Barcade - good amount of space and games

    4. Frankford Hall - note that Brauhaus Schmitz is a better German bar by a mile, food/beer/uniforms, but FH is a big space (and the only remotely swanky stop on this trip)

    5. Johnny Brendas - maybe see who's playing upstairs?

    6. Lost Bar?? - all the PBCs and a fish tank? (do they still have the fish tank?)

    Other Disclaimers: There are good places everywhere, but I don't really like CC (it'd definitely be swankier if that's a consideration). I don't really like old city (it'd definitely be something if that's a consideration). The Passyunk area must have a lot of energy on a nice weekend evening. NoLibs has a nice feel but maybe not the best collection of spots (RIP Swift Half). Can easily make something out of Spring Garden St, but gotta vote the above.

    Enjoy

    and Earth Bread if you're looking for another stop on the way in
