What time are you planning on leaving?
Stoudt's in Adamstown is right about 1/2 way and
    conveniently close to the turnpike.

St. Boniface Brewing would be on your way (just continue on 322 to Troegs). I enjoyed both the beers and pizza the last time I stopped there. Personally would choose them over Stoudts, though both are good.

Manor Hill, as in Maryland's Manor Hill? If you are going that far out of your way, I'd say also stop in at Collusion in York (PA). Also, might want to check out Ever Grain, which is across the river from Harrisburg.

Mad Chef is also east of Hershey, west of Lancaster, pretty close to 283.

No worries. Pretty sure that Highway Manor doesn't have a tasting room or a main hub to buy their beers. They do get out to some of the local bottle shops, though.

Nice weekend trip, headed out from Valley Forge area Friday afternoon, hit the following spots with short review of each:

*St. Boniface in Ephrata for Lunch, The Mosaic IPA (#33) was my top of flight, Pizza was good, but over cooked a bit, overall nice visit and in route to Hershey so not a bad pit stop.

*Troegs in Hershey, We always stop here when in the area, was disappointed with the current Scratch beers which is typically why we stop. Nimble Giant was on tap, and they had the Bourbon Barrelled bottles for sale so brought one home.

*Zeroday Brewing in Harrisburg: Cool spot nice vibe but thought the beers were average at best. Lots of locals praised this place, the best of flight was the Large Ass IPA, and the Pickle on a stick was Great.

*The Vegetable Hunter in Harrisburg: This is a hidden gem, only two beers on tap but both were really good, a saison and 2nd St. Haze IPA. Hummus was also great, recommend this stop to anyone in Harrisburg, and espceially if you have a vegetarian or vegan in your group.

*Federal Taphouse in Harrisburg: Nice beer list, price was a bit higher then other spots

*Ever Grain Brewing in Camp Hill: Really cool spot, soon to have outdoor section with looks great, beers were very good, with Joose Juicy being the best of flight. They have food from a restaurant next door, but did not eat here. Good stop in route to Pizza Boy

*Pizza Boy in Enola: The main reason for the trip, Pizza was fabulous as always (Even with no cheese on it to keep it vegan) Short walk from the Holiday inn so no issues with driving to there, did uber back at night. Best of day was a tie between Swinglebeer and Frontside Lipside. Nothing here blew me away this visit, but I did get the Mr. Juicy by Highway Manor here and it was a good Sour IPA, stopped in the next morning for cans and growlers to go.

*Mad Chef in East Petersburg: Good stop for lunch on the way back to Philly, food was very good, small kitchen, but good stuff coming out. The Spot Hop 5.0 Citrus Mistic and OH Face were the best of flight for me, and the wife really liked the Mad Wolf Tropical Parfait IPA

*Levante at the Stables in Downingtown: Final Stop, Great Space almost all outdoor seating, two food trucks and wait staff. Highly recommend for Groups/date night. The Chief was best of day to finish a great brewery weekend trip.
