Can anyone recommend any good bottle shops close to Laveen? I'm visiting family this week and would like to pick up some things to bring back to MN (nothing in particular, and not necessarily whales). I usually end up at Total Wine or Bevmo when I'm in town, but I've had some bad experiences with freshness at those places.
Agreed, Papago isn't close but it is the only place in the Valley that I know of that keeps 100% of the beer refridgerated and their mixed 6 pack deal is hard to beat.
Magnums is 100% refrigerated as well decent selection plus a great bar if you want to have a scotch or bourbon I would check dates though especially on IPAs I've purchased a few lesser known ipas there that were approaching 3 months old.
