Pick my Dry Hops!!!

    okay I brewed in IPA yesterday did a 6 gallon batch and I'm going to split it off into 3 gallon carboys so I have to slightly different beers.
    here was my hop schedule..
    .70 warrior @60
    The rest are all flame out additions
    1.50 Citra
    1.25 Colombus
    2.00 Chinook
    2.00 Amarillo
    1.25 Simcoe

    1 oz of Simcoe and .5 Citra in one
    1 oz of Citra and .5 Simcoe in the other

    Dry Hop one with C's, dry hop the other with the A & S.

    I'd probably go Citra-Amarillo-Chinook in a 2-2-1 ratio in one carboy and straight Simcoe in the other, but the C's in one and A/S in the other would be good too. I'm not sure there's a bad combo to be made here.

    Well, what are you looking for? Something citrusy? Something piney?

    Do single variety in each. I'd avoid the citra 'cause it'd just be too overpowering. Simcoe in one, Columbus in the other. That way you know which one you prefer!

    Thinking now about going one dank and piney ...Colombus and chinook? And the other more citrus and fruity...Citra and amarillo, maybe throw some simcoe in?
