Hey all, I'm getting ready to take a trip to Pittsburgh in the near future and was hoping someone could help me find a really good bottle shop. I'm looking for a few breweries that we can't get in my home state such as Voodoo, Duck Rabbit, Firestone Walker, etc...And also a store that stocks high alcohol brews like 120 minute, Crooked Tree Double IPA or any of the Avery selections above 12%. I'll be leaving in the next couple of weeks and am hoping some Pittsburgh beer fans can lead me to right place or places. And because my wife told me to say this...Go Pirates! Thanks
House of 1000 beers in New Kensington....best bar ever! Just down the road a bit is Beer Nutz. Pretty much all off of the beers you listed are hit and miss. Places get them and sell out. 120 is around but you have to search. Infernos which is a pizza place in bloomfield had it friday. I'm on my way to the House today I'll let you know what they have. Will you have a car? Where are you coming from...we may need to work out a trade!
I agree House of 1000 Beers is the best. Overpriced, but great selection of bottles and awesome tap selection.

I think you mean "Caliente" in Bloomfield. They probably still have 120. It sits around because of what they charge for it.
Yes I do! I didn't look at their price but they had Russian River for about $1 less than other places. They are also a bar not really a carry out place so I don't expect great prices.
