Just curious from a logistics perspective, were there water stations and enough of them?

There was a pretty good breeze at times yesterday. I wouldn't say it was too much cooler by the bay. Being directly in the sun you could feel those high temps. Having the tent is helpful. Might not have been as enjoyable without it.

I don't think 2017 sold out. Yesterday I got an email a few hours before the fest that this year had sold out. I didn't get the feeling it was busier, but definitely had more people seeking shade under the tent.

Cool to see a good lot of people getting into the ocean throughout the fest. I can't recall many, if any at all, in 2017

I thought this year's event was just as good as 2017. I mean you can't complain about the weather, but I guess heat is better than rain. Funny that in 2017 I wore pants and a hoodie the entire fest. Yesterday's outfit was the lightest material possible.

Beers were great. Never really any lines except for Poetica #3 and I believe that was the first beer I heard that kicked.

I didn't hear of or notice any issues with water stations, etc. Water seemed plentiful. Only issue were people not hydrating enough. The heat could sap you really quickly if you weren't taking care. I wore a 1.5L camel back and filled it twice. I also had a 24 oz. water bottle that I filled a few times as well. I felt well in control throughout and I didn't go too crazy with my pours.

It's not the heat it's the humidity frickin' sun trying to murder you.
