I stopped by there last summer and the beers they were pouring at that time were flat out awful. The dude behind the bar wasn't remotely friendly either...but I believe I read that they had changed owners or something recently, right? Maybe they'll improve as a result?
The brewery at the disc golf course used to be pioneer now I think it's rapscallion. They changed ownership and breweries. I think they do a bunch of contract brewing too. I thought pioneer brewed a good IPA, but it's such a nice location that I could have been influenced by my surroundings. I'm not sure if the pioneer guys are still brewing.
I picked up 2 bottles of pale ale a year ago. Both tasted completely different. Obviously one was very good and the other was not. I think they were like $5 a piece. Also Manifest Series are decent. Great price for high Abv beers. Does seem like they have the potential to much better
