When people only drink IPAs, they have no understanding of potential flaws. Looks and smells like juice so must be world class.

I did have a can from first (?) batch that went through distribution and was quite surprised. The turbid IPA is far down my list of everday enjoyment but that one particular can didn't have any astringent bitterness or sludge/snot.

Wow that looks like a bad homebrew, aka mine, haha. But not sure even my bottles have that much sediment.

Not to get off topic of this beer but I've found that kinda "sludge" if you wanna call it that in the bottom of a trillium double dry hopped fort point bottle.

Its all the yeast/dry hops. Great if your a home brewer and want to harvest the yeast sediment though.

I've cracked a couple of ddh fp recently and didn't see an ounce of green sludge; there was some sediment at the bottom that had settled, but nothing out of the ordinary for a bottle conditioned beer. The difference here is that it was consistent across the recent batch and was pretty clearly due to them rushing the beer.

They are allowing people to trade in cans from the last batch though, so props to them for owning up to their mistake.

Anybody have the last batch? How busy are the brewery releases? I'm thinking about picking up some, but it's not worth a big line or hassle imo.
