Another one bites the dust. I had a hankering for daisy cutter the other day and noticed none of their beers were at my locals. Too bad. I enjoyed them.
Daisy Cutter is Half Acre, but I think Pipeworks left after Tivoli's distribution arm called it quits.
With the new grocery store laws we might see some of those places come back. It's a different competitive landscape when you have to supply a massive chain of stores rather than compete with hand-canned one offs. There aren't many local APAs and IPAs that are better than Pipeworks/Half Acre and on grocery shelves.
Last night I came across sticks apa, haze ipa, crooked stave ipa, Odell ipa and a few other locals I'm forgetting at my local KS.
