    Yeah, that would anger me, too. I think we can all agree that the worst drivers on the road are behind the wheel of minivans.

    I'm a WI transplant to IL over 13 years ago and now proudly consider myself a FIB. I wear it like a badge of honor when I go back home.

    No real hate, more like relatives just giving each other a hard time in jest. Wisco being like my old college buddy who drinks a little too much and knows how to handle a gun.

    Disclosure: I'm still a Packers and Brewers fan.

    I'm pretty sure that 95% of the hate for IL is light hearted and humorous. Although you should know that all content I post to teh internets is completely serious!1!!1

    Hey, BeerGreg wanted creative. I thought that was pretty creative.

    I love visiting Chicago, met my wife there.

    I haven't lived in Michigan for very long, and perhaps it was just the change of pace from Ohio, but Michigan drivers provide way too many WTF moments for this to be true. It's like they're all trying to take advantage of the "no fault" insurance thing....

    Ya, my comment was a light hearted rib on some of the nonsense that surrounds rare releases in the my city. Stereotypes for beer guys or FIBS are kinda funny, considering they span burbs to city, liberal to conservative, hipster to juggalo, nerds to fred the ogre palowakski......with the exception of possibly making a stereotype that 80 some percent are white male, I tend to think not everyone fits into a bubble or stereotype.

    Outside of specific individuals, I really have no reason to dislike people from Illinois. If I did and I knew that calling a FIB a FIB would draw this type of reaction I would be stupid not to continue using the term. Who cares if it is lazy, dumb or lacks creativity, it certainly delivers the desired result.
