Thanks for taking a minute to read this
After having abduction coffee break at a bottle share I've been looking to find some pipeworks for myself
and wondering what it would take to snag these bottles

    Abduction coffee break
    Ninja vs Unicorn
    Raspberry truffle abduction
    Orange truffle abduction

not looking to trade for them right now just wondering what their worth so I know what the throw out there

    Cheers!

I traded a raspberry truffle for a marshal 1:1. Ninja Vs. Unicorn just hit the shelves again. Coffee break is becoming scarce. Orange has been gone for a few months.

when they're 'in season', they're $4$ shelf beers (with maybe a bit of an increase given for first batches of new abduction variants). when they're not 'in season', they're slightly-harder-to-find $4$ shelf beers. the only thing hard about landing pipeworks besides the aforementioned rush on new abduction variants is that they brew whatever they want whenever they feel like it or can get the ingredients. there is no schedule, so it's hard to predict what will be where and when.

To the OP, you should look in to some of the other amazing Pipeworks beers too as they all are great. Try and set up a locals for locals trade specifying you like Pipeworks with a certain $ amount in mind. I have no doubt that somebody in Chicago would do such a trade since you are in Florida with access to cool stuff like CCB, Terrapin, etc

There is fresh Ninja vs Unicorn flowing at Binny's. I got some on sale 2 weeks ago for $7.99/bottle.

And when doing a trade like this, I usually say "surprise me." Some of the "surprises" I've received myself have been ridiculously awesome

Abduction is thin and not outstanding in any way and I suspect all abduction variants to be the same but with a slight flavor of whatever. Citra Ninja is amazing and I will be trading for it again soon. I have not yet had their barley wines.

That said its relatively easy to get the stuff.

Did you use the $2 off all Pipeworks coupon? I was going to stock up but couldn't get out to Binny's to get it.

Watch the sites below, along with the pipeworks brewing site. I sadly didn't buy a raspberry truffle because I waited too long to buy it. I did however land 2 coffee breaks last week, amongst other great pipeworks brews. The shipping is a little steep, but that's to be expected. I paid I think ~90 for 6-7 bottles of pipeworks and it only took 2 days to get to me.

    Hope this helps,
