i'm hearing from stores that it wont hit austin until friday....which is strange that its a week after when it hit dallas. but what do i know

 

Guessing that has to do with when Favorite ships beer to Austin, and then when they do their deliveries around Austin.

Great... I'm going to Oklahoma for a wedding on Friday, where Pirate Bomb is long gone, and when I return on Sunday, it will be long gone in Austin. Sigh.

 

similar both buddy...i'm heading to Minnesota on thursday and come back monday night....oh well, the money just goes back into my beer funds

 

Historically Prairie stuff has hit Austin on Fridays, Favorite Brands delivery day. If any HEB's are getting this, some will be very slow to put it on the shelf.

 

This didn't hit any shelves in Dallas.

 

It may not have hit shelves, but it did come and go like the wind in Fort Worth. I'm pretty sure Dallas as well.

I have nothing better to do.

 

Spec's sold out of their allotment by 1pm, and I heard Total Wine was out of theirs within an hour of drop off. And that's with 1 bottle/person limit.

 

Hence the "oh well, the money just goes back into my beer funds" part

 

I see it on the Jester King bottles to go list for this weekend...
