So from what I can see the Pirlot brewery officially started production last year in September, but the brewmaster's had almost 30 years experience, which is promising to say the least. Mostly the Holy Belgian Style Trinity (Dubbel, Tripel, Blond) from them so far, but their newer announcements seem promising enough. Includes an ale brewed with juniper berries (Jeneverbier) and an oatmeal stout (Haverstout). Having the stout tomorrow, can't wait to see what it's like. It's the first domestic oatmeal stout I've heard of and I hope it's good after the weak domestic stout (porter) efforts I've been tasting as of late.
