Pitched chunky , partially frozen starter

    any reason to worry? 1098 crashed cool in fridge for few days

    You froze your yeast starter? That can't be good for vitality, might have seriously underpitched.

    I wouldn't say it was frozen per se. Just tightly packed and chunky
