Gotcha - will try and check out Voodoo in that case. Anything else you recommend?

I think I'm adopting a philosophy of never going to the Pittsburgh area without going to Brew Gentlemen.

Mos def agree with this^ trifecta and might add Fat Heads/Pipers for a meal, if you've the time. Fat Heads may still have fresh Hop JuJu on from their anniversary brunch this past weekend and Pipers usually has a bunch of local stuff on, so you can get an idea of other area beers.

I've got Brew Gentleman, Roundabout, Voodoo, and House of 1000 beers (for bottles) on my list. Have you added anything else? I'll be heading there mid October for some Halloween stuff.

    Cheers.

Take out a 2nd mortgage before going to House of 1000 Beers. A better option would be Giant Eagle Shadyside which is run by our very own @randylangford. MUCH more reasonable prices and a better selection imo.

Any idea what time people will be lining up at BG tomorrow? What time to get there to be safely assured of a bottle?

It's likely to go fast. There are roughly 450 bottles and 3 per person. Assuming everyone grabs 3, that's 150 people. If I was able to go (stupid kids' soccer games) I would aim to be there around 9.

If anyone gets some of the doublemex and would like to trade a bottle for some BOC, IM me. Looking for only 1 bottle.

Increasing production is simple, I am sure there will be at least 451 bottles next time.

Great thread! been sifting through a lot of this to get info for a trip to pitt. Any of you guys have recommendations for bottle shops that sell a large selection of singles? Where I live places just let you take singles of anything they have, but on trips to various places in the past I've seen this is not the case everywhere. Just want to be able to bring home a wide variety of out of distro stuff. Thanks!
