Hi all, Does anyone happen to have a recent city of Pittsburgh, PA water analysis? I live in Stanton Heights. Thanks, Jared
What the city does and what comes out of your tap can be two different animals. Wardlabs does water profiles for under $30. That's a good way to, and using RO or distilled and building up a water profile would be a good way to go. I live in Indy, and I just try to soften the tap water when doing dark beers. Most of my light stuff in built up from RO anymore.
