Al, I know you are looking at this thread by the Instagram post yesterday. Please can more non-BBA SSU.

 

According to an Instagram post from this morning, Al's will be releasing 3 more cans today at 4PM. They include: Blue Collar Lager, Stay Handsome 2IPA, and Sour Murren River.

 

Didn't love the Stay Handsome. Wasn't awful, but I passed on cans. Still might snag a pack of the Sour Murren, though.

 

I could be wrong but I think this is the double version of the Stay Handsome that was poured in the past.

Yes, it does appear that is the case.

 

Had the new version (the 8.4-5% DIPA) on tap, same measurable as in the can. I think I liked the original (was it 7.5ish%) a hair better.

 

Spandex is back in cans on Monday.

 

Worse news has been heard by these ears and seen by these eyes.

 

Do not sleep on the LemonDAIRY, if that sort of thing at all appeals to you.

 

It does not appeal to me, but I am going to get some anyways.

 

I was not a fan of the Legendairy Strawberry, that's for sure.

Anyone know what cans they still have? I assume at least Spandex?

 

Spandex, Blue Collar, Sour Murren, Stay Handsome, BBASSU, and maybe Citra Pils as of yesterday afternoon. Maybe missing one, but that's what a quick glance revealed.

 

I had Lemon Dairy out of the tank and it was really good. Tons of lemon, drank almost like lemonade. It wasn't carbonated but I thought it was better than any of the other lactose "ipa's" they have done.

 

I agree. I thought Strawberry was the worst of the bunch. But i did really like the peach and pineapple. Definitely going for the Lemon.

Same. I want them gone. The taunts they hurl at me each visit definitely weigh on me.

 

The Lemon Dairy isn't carbonated?

 

I had it out of the tanks a couple weeks ago (day after Easter) and it wasn't. It is carbonated now. Sorry, should have said "it wasn't carbonated YET"

 

A friend visited tonight and said the LemonDairy was disgusting. So I think this will definitely be a love it/hate it beer.

 

File me decidedly under the column of love, then. Don't disagree with the love/hate tag, either.
